compassion for ur patients.
hopefully u truly care for people to be in any health care field.
patience as when people are sick, they may be more demanding or may complain more or may take their feelings out on u.
just smile and dont take it personally.
some degree of intelligence.
and finally must really love ur job because it can be very demanding.
the rewards of helping others get well when they r sick is great though, and i dont mean financially.
